These dentures are secured on 4 implants strategically placed in your lower or upper arches. The full mouth implants work to secure the complete dentures rather than a single artificial tooth.

Initial Consultation

As a first step, your dentist will take a look at your dental and medical history, take an X-ray, and, if need be, perform a CT scan. This will enable them to create a personalized, high-quality treatment plan for you.

Making Custom Dentures

Upon the completion of your consultation with the dentist, a denture will be made from the impressions taken from your mouth. This pre-planning stage allows your dentist to make a high-quality, well-fitting denture on time.

Placing Implants

As per your implant retained denture treatment option, surgery will be performed to extract damaged teeth, and your dental implants will be placed in your jawbone. Then, the incision on your gums will be sutured, and the healing process can begin, where your implants will fuse with your jawbones.

Placing caps

After the healing period, your dentist will open up your gums and attach a healing cap where the abutment will later be placed. This will give enough room for your gums to heal properly.

Denture Abutments And Conversion

After about 14 days, your dentist will remove the healing cap, and a permanent abutment will be placed to secure your implant retained dentures.

Fitting New Dentures

Finally, your dentures will be installed on your dental implants and will be checked for the need for adjustments until they are secure and comfortable.

From the moment I walked in the door My Implant dentist were very caring and professional. As a dental nurse myself I knew I would be a very hard case as other specialists said they could not help me. Explained properly what is expected. Answers to questions. Professional. Soft hand means no pain at all. Even the numbing injection feels like mild sting.
I tought dental implants could be so painful but suprisingly its not bad.

I went in for an emergency appointment with tooth and jaw pain. Tina was very comforting and professional. She calmly explained the processes to me, allowed me to take breaks to cope with the overstimulation and stress of dentists generally. She also stayed back past her finish time to remove my wisdom teeth so I was no longer in severe pain which I am incredibly grateful for. The appointment didn’t feel rushed either even though she was staying back she stayed calm and patient with me.

The reception staff were also friendly and kind. They made sure I understood the cost and the general process of the appointment before I agreed and also facilitated the dentist staying back to see me. Overall it was the most positive that a dentistry experience could possibly be and I will be making this clinic my regular dentist. Highly, highly recommend this place!

I've had a full teeth replacement with an all on 4/6 implant procedure. My teeth were in an extremely poor, chipped and missing condition. The complete service has been superb and I highly recommend anyone who wants to be able to eat properly and smile widely again to head on in and see what options are available for you.
I had the whole procedure paid through use of superannuation and opted for the zirconia set which I am very happy and grateful to have. They look very natural. I now smile freely which is lovely.
The dentists and staff answered all of my questions and curiosities as well and tailoring the final shape and colour of the teeth to my liking. Everyone has been professional and skilled at what they do. My procedure went flawlessly with almost no pain after it and a speedy healing. Amazing dentistry!
There is a small adjustment getting used to speaking clearly with the implants but I found this was very short and within 2 weeks I barely noticed anything. There's also some oral hygiene needed (water flossing) to maintain cleanliness, but it's not hard to do.
Don't put it off as long as I did. If it's something that you want to get fixed, make the first step by reaching out to the team.
Absolutely no regrets from me and many thanks to the My Implant Dentistry team. It's made a huge difference to the way I look, to the way I eat and to the way people respond to me.

I picked up”Moorooka Dental Care” contact details from the web. I rang for a few questions and the happy voice of Frances had calmed my anxiety down quickly!
Dr Kadwa greeted me from the front bench, took me in for the X-ray, dental assessment, carefully explaining the procedure, answered my questions and quoted for the works. He offered to breakdown work items to suit with my needs. The quote was surprisingly very compatible with my previous quote from overseas. (I know I am going to have my dental treatment in the safe zone, most medical advances in Australia).
The implant work went smoothly, so smooth that the team had to remind me “Done!”, well beyond my imagination.
When he saw me off with the aftercare instructions, I could feel his professional manners with caring characters. I know he has done a few thousand implants but I still received the care of his first. Thanks Zaheer!
I requested X-ray images, Fatimatu responded promptly with friendly chatting.

Moorooka dental have been a pleasure to deal with. I did a bit of research into dental implants and most companies had hidden fees. I booked a consult and was contacted within a few hrs to get me in and get the ball rolling. I choose to go with he implants using my super. They helped me to do all the paperwork to release the money. Definitely a good dental clinic.
