Free Consultation Offer Terms and Conditions:
- The free initial cosmetic consultation offer is valid for patients seeking Cosmetic Dental Treatment (Free Consult).
- Cosmetic Dental Treatment means “cosmetic dental treatment refers to elective dental procedures aimed at enhancing the aesthetic appearance of the teeth and smile.
At My Implant Dentist, cosmetic dental treatment includes the following services:
a. Dental Implants: Surgical placement of artificial tooth roots to support dental prosthetics, such as crowns or bridges, to restore a natural-looking smile and functionality.
b. Veneers: Thin, custom-made shells placed on the front surface of teeth to improve their appearance by addressing issues such as discoloration, chips, or misalignment.
c. Crowns: Dental caps that cover the entire visible portion of a tooth to restore its shape, size, and appearance, often used for damaged, discoloured, or misshapen teeth.
d. Invisalign: Orthodontic treatment using clear aligners to gradually straighten and align teeth, providing a discreet and convenient alternative to traditional braces for achieving a more harmonious smile.
The definition of cosmetic dental treatment at My Implant Dentist specifically excludes the following services:
a. Emergency Dental Care: Immediate dental treatment required for urgent dental issues, such as severe toothaches, broken teeth, or dental trauma.
b. Wisdom Teeth Removal: Surgical extraction of impacted or problematic wisdom teeth.
c. Teeth Removal: Extraction of teeth, excluding the extraction procedures related to dental implants.
d. Check-ups and Cleans: Routine dental examinations and professional teeth cleaning for preventive care and maintenance of oral health.
e. Fillings: Restorative treatment for repairing cavities or damaged teeth using various filling materials.
f. Root Canals: Endodontic treatment to repair and save a badly infected or decayed tooth by removing the pulp and sealing the root canal.
g. Teeth Whitening: Cosmetic dental procedure to lighten the natural colour of teeth for a brighter and more vibrant smile.”
- The offer for the Free Consult is limited to one redemption per individual.
- The Free Consult includes an assessment, treatment plan and written quote by our dentist and does not include any additional treatments or procedures.
- Appointments for the Free Consult are subject to My Implant Dentists’ availability and must be scheduled in advance by contacting our office on (08) 9361 5544.
- This Free Consult offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- The Free Consult appointment must be attended at the scheduled time, and any cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated with My Implant Dentist at least 24 hours in advance.
- My Implant Dentist reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- This offer does not have a cash value and is non-transferable.
- By participating in the Free Consult offer, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by My Implant Dentist.
*Prices are valid from 1 October 2019. Prices are subject of change in the future. Prices are intended as a guide only and do not include any necessary pre-surgical interventions (e.g. extractions, bone grafts, temporary dentures, periodontal treatment and other).
After an initial consultation and treatment planning, you will receive a final quote which reflects your needs and will be accurate. Please note that dental implants are not suitable for all patients. When a patient is found not to be a suitable candidate for dental implants, no dental implant treatment is offered or rendered. The results of individual treatments may vary.

Terms & Conditions
Deposits
- “major dental” (as classified by a health fund as “major dental”) and/or
- appointments booked in with us that are 70 minutes or longer,
the patient must pay a deposit of 30% of the total cost of treatment, which is required to secure the booking (Deposit). For all ALL ON X surgery bookings, 10% of the Deposit is non-refundable even if sufficient notice is given. The remaining balance for ALL ON X surgery and IV Sedation appointments must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the appointment date.
This deposit policy applies to all surgeries, crowns, and root-canal appointments, which are also classified as “major dental” by most major health funds.
Cancellation Policy
Free Consultations
My Implant Dentist currently offers complimentary cosmetic and implant consultations (Consultation). However, where a patient reschedules their Consultation and does not provide at least 24 hours’ notice, the patient will be charged a Consultation fee of $99 at the time of the rescheduled appointment.

My Implant Dentist requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule ALL ON X and IV Sedation appointments. Where a patient requests to reschedule an ALL ON X and IV Sedation appointment, they must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule that appointment. In the event a patient fails to provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule an ALL ON X and IV Sedation appointment, My Implant Dentist has the right to retain 10% of the overall appointment fee to compensate for the lost time of the dental professionals, such as the dentist and anaesthetist involved (Retention Funds). My Implant Dentist has the right to retain the Retention Funds from any deposit or pre-payments paid by that patient.
For All other Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all other cancellations. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the patient incurring a 10% fee based on the total cost of the appointment (Cancellation Fee). My Implant Dentist has the right to retain the Cancellation Fee from any deposit or pre-payments paid by that patient.
It is essential to provide My Implant Dentist with as much notice as possible when rescheduling or cancelling appointments. This is due to the extensive amount of time and preparation involved in preparing for each appointment. It also avoids inconveniencing patients on waiting lists who could have taken the appointment if sufficient notice had been provided.
