front of house patient consultant / treatment coordinator position

Full – time position.

Due to our high growth and demand for our services, we are currently seeking new team member to join our amazing and expanding dental team.

My Implant Dentist is a unique workplace unlike any other dent al clinic, we are expanding to a national brand, yet we are still privately owned.
Our practice is open Monday to Saturday.

We are looking for talented, passionate and motivated individuals that have experience in dental reception, but are looking for more than just a day – to – day front of house position and be a dedicated to the development and growth of our team and culture.

About The Position:

  • Commencement is available now.
  • Works front of house and jointly oversee patient services and ensure successful day to day operations and efficiencies of the practice.
  • This is a hands – on job role and you must lead by example.
  • Actively promote teamwork, cooperation and efficiency through effective leadership andmanagement strategies.
  • Display a strong commitment to ass isting and developing team members.
  • Actively monitor Provider patient bookings in D4W, ensuring all appointments are correctly allocated, prepared and confirmed.
  • Liaise with relevant staff about daily patient cases/changes/updates/delays.
  • Assist with and monitor new patient inquiries, with the focus on delivering exceptional patient service.
  • Be the friendly and professional key point of contact for patient related queries.
  • Manage and monitor all incoming phone calls and emails – promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Focus on creating and maintaining systems, processes, manuals, and customer service training.
  • Assist with reporting on the performance of the practice, as well as the patient services team.
  • Provide staff with ongoing feedback and performance coaching.
  • Assist with staff planning, time sheets, rosters.
  • Admin and accounts duties as required.

About You:

  • 1 plus years’ experience in a customer / patient services/reception position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Proactive in the management of appointment books and patient accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to fulfill an administrative role within a busy, highly customer focused environment.
  • Very high attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Knowledge and experience with processing/explaining patient accounts.
  • Good knowledge of dental terminology, dental procedures etc.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Be well presented with a positive can – do attitude.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities, excellent time management and forward planning abilities.
  • Competent in handling technology – dental practice management software, HICAPS, Outlook emails, Word, Excel.
  • Remuneration will be dependent on your skills and experience.
