Dr Vireena Koshal

After graduating from The University of Western Australia in 2015, she has undertaken extensive additional training, including the gIDE Master Clinician Program at Loma Linda University, as well as advanced surgical and cosmetic courses in Sydney, Melbourne, and internationally across the United States and Portugal. She has also completed additional training to be able to provide neuromodulator treatment for alleviating masseter tension/Jaw pain where appropriate.

Dr Vireena is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Australian Dental Association. She is an active contributor to local study clubs run by Nobel Biocare and Straumann, where Perth-based clinicians collaborate and share their cases to advance together. With a strong dedication to ongoing professional development, she values sharing her work to educate and inspire both patients and peers.

Her approach to clinical care is patient focused- where treatment plans are made taking into considerations what patients are wanting to achieve. One of the digital tools she often incorporates into her planning is the use of “Smilecloud” smile design simulations.

Dr Vireena’s patient care philosophy combines evidence-based dentistry with aesthetic finesse, ensuring every treatment is both functional and beautifully natural. “I enjoy obsessing over the aesthetic details of a smile transformation, from the final shape of the tooth to altering position of the gumline for smile symmetry.”

She finds the most rewarding part of dentistry to be seeing the renewed confidence her patients feel after achieving their smile goals.
