Dr Michael is an expert clinician who followed in the footsteps of his Mum in entering the dental profession.
Moving from Taiwan to New Zealand as a child (and maintaining his fluency in Mandarin Chinese), and later to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for university, Dr Michael has been exposed to a wide variety of experiences in his upbringing and education.
Upon settling in Perth in 2013 to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Western Australia (UWA), he has served the South West community and honed his skills in digital dentistry, ceramic restorative techniques, and emergency services. Dr Michael has a passion for preventive dentistry and helping his patients maintain their dentition for as long as possible.
He places huge importance on communication and comprehensive patient-centred care. When Dr Michael isn’t working you can find him going on hikes and listening to his favourite podcasts, playing pick-up basketball, or having a hit at the golf driving range.
